Mr. Gaynor comes to Baker and Rannells with 20 years’ experience in Intellectual Property Law. His background includes domestic and foreign trademark filings with the USPTO, filing infringement actions, cancellations/opposition proceedings before the TTAB, as well as in foreign trademark offices. Litigation experience includes dispute resolution before federal courts in the areas of trademark and other intellectual property infringement, complex commercial litigation, commercial contracts, and business torts.

Brian also has a vast knowledge with drafting trademark and copyright license agreements, commercial and intellectual property contracts, joint venture agreements, non-disclosure agreements, consent to use and register agreements, trademark assignments, and Internet website terms of services and privacy agreements.

Brian’s representation ranges from clients with small start-up businesses to large well-known corporations, such as pharmaceutical and nutraceutical clients, bedding, cosmetics, and personal care product manufacturers, hospital and medical supply companies and organizations, fashion models, and nationally ranked restaurants.
