The recipient is a Raritan Valley Community College student graduating with an Associate Applied Science degree in Paralegal Studies, or a Certificate from the Paralegal Studies Program, who has achieved a minimum GPA of 3.0 or better in his/her RVCC studies and who is dedicated to a career in law. The recipient must have demonstrated a commitment to the values of the law and an ethic of justice, fairness and integrity, both during his/her college career and in the community at large, and also demonstrates a commitment to serving the community and helping others.
